Deliveries must be scheduled no less than 2 weeks (14 days) prior to your event, otherwise delivery can not be guaranteed. For events where you require express delivery, within 14 days, please contact us via mobile or the custom order form.

If a order is cancelled within 1 week of delivery, 50% of the cost is forfited, within 48 hours 100% of the costs if forfited.
